Booking and cancellation
Booking a repair reserves a technician’s time. You may reschedule or cancel from your account up until the limit shown at booking; cancellations after that point may be subject to a fee shown at the time of booking.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown before booking are estimates. Your confirmed quote is calculated and shown before you pay. If an on-site diagnosis changes the price, we’ll ask for your approval before continuing.
Devices and data
You’re responsible for backing up your device before a repair. We take reasonable care of your device while it’s in our possession but are not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss not caused by our repair.
