How long does a repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs take 30 to 60 minutes. Water damage and board repairs can take longer. You’ll see your estimate before you book.
Will I lose my data?
Screen, battery, and port repairs don’t touch your data. We still recommend a backup before any repair.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes a warranty on parts and labor. See the full terms on our warranty page.
What if you can’t fix my device?
You don’t pay for the repair. We explain what we found and what your options are.
